The Cheetah EVO is a compact yet powerful X-ray inspection system featuring an open-tube X-ray source with an output of up to 64W and a high-dynamic-range flat-panel detector. By switching between Nanofocus, Microfocus, and High Power mode, it delivers exceptional resolution and clarity across a wide range of applications—from ultra-fine SMT and semiconductor components for BGA void, Head-in-Pillow (HiP) inspection and failure analysis to high-density objects such as battery cell internal structures and voids in small castings.

Our Impression:
It’s simply convenient. Just leave some workpieces on the table because the X-ray is irradiated vertically from the bottom to top. Jig preparation for setting the workpieces is not required. The X-ray image quality is excellent thanks to the software technology. The operation is also simplified such as one-click solutions which make manual inspection effortless.

FF35 CT
Non-Destructive Testing and 3D Measurement with a High Quality Multifocus X-ray
A key advantage of the powerful FF35 CT is the optional dual-tube configuration (nano-focus transmission tube and high power micro-focus tube), which makes the FF35 CT extremely versatile. X-ray tube can be switched by the motorized mechanism which means that there is no wasting time for operators to manually replace and set up the X-ray tube. Each tube can be adjusted independently at a touch of a button. The FF35 CT is a compact, high-resolution computed tomography system ideally suited for inspecting the small to medium-sized items such as: Electronic components like SMD, Samples of new materials (e. g. metal, plastics, CFRP), Microsystems, MEMS, MOEMS, Medical devices like hollow needles/cannulas, Light-alloy castings, Biological artifacts.

This product also has an option of 430 x 430mm flat panel detector like UX20. The CT field of view in one time is up to Φ510 mm x height 600 mm, which is larger than the detector size thanks to the function of CT scan extension. A single CT scanning job can be done even for a relatively large sized workpiece which means that there is no additional work such as merging multiple CT image data after several CT scannings. In addition, YXLON FF35 CT uses a granit base like 3D coordinate measurement machine, and is designed to be a proper system for the dimensional measurement. UX50
Non-Destructive Testing with a High Powered Minifocus X-ray
This new minifocus X-ray CT inspection system with a tube voltage of 450 kV is capable to inspect large parts and high-dense materials and is taking over the previous model Y.CT Compact. The system can equip a line detector which can capture quality images with less noise while minimizing the effects of scattered radiation, a 430 x 430mm flat panel detector, or both. In addition, some tool related to the image quality such as ScatterFix is available which reduces scatter radiation and optimizes CT image quality. And also like UX20, the CT scan field can be expanded thanks to the latest unique technology, so even a 430x430mm flat panel detector can capture a 3D volume image of large parts up to Φ570 x height 850mm at once. Therefore, it is not necessary to take partial CT scans and later adjust the 3D data on the software. UX50 is an all-in-one system that can meet the inspection requirements of parts in wide range of sizes or materials with high-power mini-focus X-rays.

The latest YXLON products commonly equips a user interface of Geminy software for X-ray (2D), CT (3D) which enables simple and intuitive operation. Geminy has made it extremely easy to use X-ray CT inspection equipment, so we think that the training period for X-ray CT operators can be shortened, the operational workload can be reduced, and the efficiency of inspection can be improved.

FF85 CT
A large-scale, high-power X-ray CT scanning system that combines ultimate versatility with high resolution
The Comet Yxlon FF85 CT is an extremely versatile, large-scale, high-power X-ray CT scanner that can flexibly combine dual tubes (two X-ray tubes) and two types of detectors. Equipped with a mini-focus X-ray tube with a maximum output of 600kV, it excels at inspecting heavy objects up to 1000kg and oversized, high-density components such as EV battery packs. Furthermore, a unique 450kV mesofocus X-ray tube is available as an option, offering the robustness and high energy of a mini-focus tube while achieving spatial resolution approaching that of a micro-focus tube. Of course, by switching to a micro-focus tube (up to 300kV), high-resolution internal observation of minute components can also be completed with a single unit. The base is made of robust granite, minimizing the effects of temperature changes and ensuring high-precision and durable inspection.
