VGSTUDIO MAX is an industry standard CT data analysis and visualization software which is used by many X-ray CT inspection system users regardless of the machine brand.
What’s New in VGSTUDIO MAX 2022.1
Adaptive Measurement Templates:
There are often some parts which are strongly distorted, especially injection molding or 3D printed parts. In VGSTUDIO MAX 2022.1, the nominal CAD data and scanned parts data can be aligned even with these distorted or warped shapes thanks to a new patented technology, Adaptive Measurement Templates. The measurement plans which are created using the nominal CAD data or imported via PMI are applied to the optimal positions on the actual part and perfectly follow the distorted shape. Adaptive Measurement Templates will contribute a great time saving for the inspection process. Customers can freely download a viewer software, myVGL 2022.1 to open the 3D project data which created by VGSTUDIO or VGSTUDIO MAX. Not only rotating or moving the CT scan model to evaluate at any angle or cross section but some simple measurement tools are available in the software.
